-Disappointed that my kids don't seem smart enough to be quiet when they sneak out of their beds and into each other's rooms to play at nap/bedtime. (You know, I'm sitting in the living room. It's the room right underneath that bedroom ... where you are jumping over the laundry baskets that you have lined up! Crash, crash, crash - DUH!)
- Happy and thankful that they don't sneak.
- Disappointed that they are outright disobedient.
- Joyful that you love each other.
- Saddened by your meanness to one another.
Aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Motherhood. Childhood. They don't always line up to = joy. Just sayin'.
